My Epic Health Journey:

How I finally got well- even after I tried “everything”!

Something was wrong. I felt awful.

Not “life-threatening” awful. Just awful compared to how I was used to my body & mind feeling. And I felt like I was doing all the “right” things but getting nowhere.

I finally got to the point where I wasn’t willing to just treat my symptoms & accept that this was all “normal”. I knew some things had to change.

But I had no idea where to start.

So I read every book that I could get my hands on, talked to other people who had similar issues, read blogs, listened to podcasts, read more books, talked with holistic practitioners, attended retreats, seminars, and classes.

I desperately wanted to feel better and I knew that a holistic approach was the key but I just needed to find the right path. And once I found the right path, how could I realistically do it all while raising 3 young kids and keep my sanity? 😵

It was frustrating, lonely, and overwhelming at times.

I promised myself that if I ever got well, I would help other people so they wouldn’t have to struggle the way I did.

Then one day, I could finally see light at the end of the tunnel.

I realized that my body wasn’t broken.

Unbalanced and in need of support, but definitely not broken.
